‘Place Your Bets’ revolves around a financial advisor, and the client he meets who has lived for millennia and sees the galaxy as little more than a tool for his own amusement and prosperity.
Flash Fiction Online was launched in December 2007 and their goal is to serve flash fiction readers and writers with a professional, sustainable market for flash fiction stories, and to promote the general population’s reading of great short stories in general and of great flash fiction in particular.
On a personal note, Flash Fiction Online was one of the first publishers I started submitting to when I began writing full time. I love their stories, and after a number of attempts I’m thrilled to finally have a short story of my own find its home with them!
